License grant

Manusly Author Pass is a subscription for the desktop application while active. Publisher Lifetime is a perpetual license for the version you purchase on supported operating systems, subject to these terms. Free / Starter accounts are subject to usage limits.

Cloud Backup

Included Cloud Backup is subject to storage and project limits stated at purchase. Cloud Renew is an optional annual subscription. Failure to renew Cloud Renew does not affect desktop Author Pass or Publisher license validity.

Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the software. One license per purchaser unless team licensing is explicitly offered.
