Author Pass follows Freemius subscription refund rules. Cancelling stops renewal at the end of the billing period.

Lifetime licenses (Publisher)

Refunds deactivate your license key. Continued use after refund violates these terms.

Cloud Renew (annual)

Cloud Renew subscriptions follow Freemius subscription refund rules. Cancelling stops renewal; desktop Author Pass or Publisher license is unaffected.
